Structural Features
Anti-Abrasive Ball Valve adopts split body structure, the valve body and the valve body are connected by studs, with compact structure, reliable sealing, small flow resistance, flexible switching, etc. It has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and scouring resistance. It is suitable for conveying slurry, magnetic powder, iron powder or liquid or gas pipeline system with impurities.
Design and inspection can be according to API608, GB/T 12237 and other standards. Fire safety meets the requirements of API607/API 6FA and passes the test certification.NACE corrosion and acid resistance is optional, ISO 15848 low leakage is optional. Split body structure, easy maintenance; scraper type spherical self-cleaning design; spring dust protection design; live-loaded stem combination packing structure, superior sealing performance; dustproof design of the transmission parts; special surface hardening treatment technology; the valve has a fire-resistant, anti-static, anti-stem spouting function.
