The flange fully welded ball valve is designed according to the buried working condition of the valve, and is equipped with valve extension rods, maintenance extension pipes (exhaust pipes on both sides of the channel, grease injection pipes on both sides of the valve seat, and drainage pipes at the bottom of the valve body), and control valves, so that the valve operation position is at a convenient position on the ground for operation. The valve surface is protected with corrosion-resistant asphalt coating or epoxy resin, and on-site pipeline bridging and cathodic protection measures are suitable for underground use environments.
The flange is fully welded with a ball and assembled as a whole, avoiding any possible leakage of the medium. It adopts a spring loaded valve seat combination structure, which has strong adaptability to pressure and temperature changes, ensuring close contact between the sealing ring and the ball. On the premise of ensuring sealing, the valve can be opened and closed flexibly and operated easily.
There are two structural forms of fully welded flange ball valves. The Caliber is smaller and uses a steel pipe cold press welding to form the valve body. The large Caliber valve body is formed from steel plates and welded as a whole, avoiding any possible leakage of media. The valve seat combination structure is loaded with springs, which has strong adaptability to pressure and temperature changes, flexible opening and closing, and easy operation. The ball and valve stem are processed by precision machine tools, reducing the friction coefficient between the contact surfaces. Meets sealing performance level A, with minimal pipeline load and worry free warranty.
