The fully welded locking ball valve consists of a valve body, valve core, valve stem, and locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is a valve stem connected to the valve core in the valve body locking hole. Install springs, claws, and ratchet locking caps on the valve stem joint. After adjusting the valve core position, tighten the ratchet locking cap, and the user cannot open it on their own.
The fully welded locking ball valve is assembled and welded as a whole, avoiding any possible leakage of media. It adopts a spring loaded valve seat combination structure, which has strong adaptability to pressure and temperature changes, ensuring close contact between the sealing ring and the ball. On the premise of ensuring sealing, the valve door can be opened and closed flexibly and operated easily.
