Product Overview
Metal hard sealed ball valves can be equipped with auxiliary sealing structures at the valve seat, and grease injection valves can be added to the valve seat and stem for temporary sealing in emergency situations. The valve stem can be extended as needed to suit the working conditions. Metal sealed ball valves are suitable for various pipelines and are used to cut off or connect media in pipelines. Different materials are selected and can be applied to media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc.
Structural Features
The valve seat of the metal hard sealed ball valve adopts a metal sealing structure loaded with leaf springs, which is easy to open and close at high temperatures and can be suitable for higher temperatures and various medium working conditions.
The sphere and valve seat are treated with special hardening, and the sealing surface is not scratched.Adopting a bottom mounted valve stem and a reverse sealing structure can ensure reliable sealing at the packing point.Metal hard sealed structure ball valves should be used according to the specified flow direction.
