Structural Features

The sealing performance is good. A spring is installed at the end of the metal valve seat to provide pre lifting force on the sealing surface. A bottom mounted valve stem is used, and an inverted sealing structure is set up to seal the packing area. Top mounted design, as long as the valve cover is removed, maintenance or replacement of parts can be carried out. Mainly suitable for media such as dust, particles, and high viscosity.

The integrated valve body design is equipped with a pivot fixed support, and the flange structure is integrated with a pivot fixed ball rod design with dual blockage and release function.
