Top Entry Ball Valve, also known as top mounted ball valve, has a simple structure and sealing method that allows it to replace gate valve. The valve structure adopts a top mounted straight through full diameter, with no flow resistance in the straight flow channel, low flow resistance coefficient, small water loss, and the valve sealing surface is not flushed. When opened and closed, the ball core and seal are not flushed, which meets the needs of different occasions. Long service life. Structural Features

The sealing performance is good. A spring is installed at the end of the metal valve seat to provide pre lifting force on the sealing surface. A bottom mounted valve stem is used, and an inverted sealing structure is set up to seal the packing area. Top mounted design, as long as the valve cover is removed, maintenance or replacement of parts can be carried out. Mainly suitable for media such as dust, particles, and high viscosity.

The integrated valve body design is equipped with a pivot fixed support, and the flange structure is integrated with a pivot fixed ball rod design with dual blockage and release function. Can be equipped with fire protection function for drive devices; When the valve seat is burned or damaged, the metal valve seat automatically adheres to the ball, causing minor leakage between the valve seat and the ball.
